Community Group

The New Testament teaches that true fellowship means becoming intimately involved with others in your church. A Community Group is a small group of people who are under the leadership of Life Community Church and accomplish the mission of our church.

1. UP- Our groups should provide an environment that promotes a growing walk with God.

2. IN- Our groups should provide an environment that develops friendships and a group of people who care for one another.

3. OUT- Our groups should be regularly involved in outreach projects as well providing a place for new people to join the group

with an eye to begin a new group.

Church should be more than an organization. It should include friendships among people who are doing life together. When you belong to a Community Group, you belong to a group of people who will pray for you, help you in your time of need, and encourage you in your walk with God while serving others together.

Interested in leading a Community Group?

Leading a Community Group is not difficult and is not reserved for the “Super Christian.” We can equip you to lead a group and truly enjoy the rewards of it. The Bible encourages us to desire spiritual leadership. Every Community Group leader must be a Partner of Life Community Church, desire to lead their group under the covering and direction of the leadership of the church, have been in an existing group for at least 6 months and have completed a training class specific to leading a group. You can do it!
